I would request all to never book this hotel....s there are no good rooms,no good beds,,no clean washrooms....i already made a booking with advance payment so i need to stay there....otherwise the hotel is not in the condition to be stayed with the family especially.The Environment is not suitable for Family.....poor hotel with poor food

Worst Stay!! Very Bad Experience

have had the worst experience of my life checkin to this Hotel. This was my whole experience - 1. First of all Hotel’s approach roads are so narrow that you would really find it difficult to drive through their parking area. Anyhow, As soon as I reached to the hotel's reception, person who was sitting over the reception was continuously on call and was not even considerate that the guests are waiting for his response. He kept on talking over his phone replied after 15 minutes. 2. He then took us to our room it was so claustrophobic and pathetic. Hence, we asked him to change our room. He rudely replied we only have one room and it can't be changed. still, we tried to manage and then later what we found really shook and devastated our experience - i) Bedsheet was torn and so dirty as if it is being used for many guests. Attached are the picture for the same ii)Bathroom Mat was very dirty iii) Walls of the room were in so much dirt as if they have not been maintained for many years iv) Bedside runners were very dirty you can’t even imagine in dreams to walk bare foot on them. v) Imagine at this pandemic time they are not at all taking any precautions and keeping the dirty Linens, Mats, Walls, Runners, Bedsheets, Pillow, dirty jugs and Towels. vi)Door handle was broken, it was like I checked in to the haunted room. It ruined my whole experience vii) I took my guests to show Shimla and it turned out to be so embarrassing experience. viii) I then rushed to the reception and asked the Manager Mr. Prem to see and asked for my refund he replied you can talk to your vendor for the same as we have no other room available ix) Around 1 am I called up to the Housekeeping and asked them for a water bottle, they replied very rudely as if they are doing a favour on me - They said do you want anything else as we are going to sleep and when he came to give me a bottle he shook his head as if I made a crime to order a water bottle x) I parked my car in their small parking area, in the evening Manager asked for my car keys which I denied and told him that I don't want anyone to sit in my car considering the pandemic time. He then said ok we will then wake you up at 5 am as our owner's car has to leave in the morning, it was shocking that how rude any Hotel staff can be. xi) This doesn't stop here - You call at their reception and they won't pick your 10 calls if you are lucky they will pick else you always have to rush to their reception area for any request and find that person is busy on his phone with someone. xii) Next day when people left they gave us superior room which was again having dirty linen, towels, runners, non sanitised. I am sure they are even not following proper guidelines of sanitisation either. xiii) All their rooms are adjacent to the party lawn from where you will hear loud noise till 11 pm, Imagine how can anyone take a sleep or rest if you listen to loud music till late.

I booked this hotel for 1 night in Shimla as part of my 5 days honeymoon travel. I travelled in October month 2020, immediately after Himachal opened the tourism without COVID report and test. Lodge is much better than how it looks in photos. I booked a premium room which has separate living room and jacuzi in the bathroom. It's an old property and interiors were authentic and wood based. They had extended the interiors and made few single rooms on same floor. This lodge as famous Q-Cafe on ground floor, which serves food, and hookah. Good ambience and quality of hookas was served. It was full on weekday. This is hotel is reachable, via a steep road going down. They have decent parking space. Staff was courteous. Few points to considered : Avoid food as we didnt like it much. We ordered tea, omelette and chicken rice for dinner, which didn't do justice with the price we paid. Cafe plays loud music in the night, hence avoid rooms on ground floor If Jacuzi is your priority then ensure u call them before u check in and ask them to ensure that it's working They were courteous enough to provide me early check in.

This hotel is located in the city in market place also parking facility is available.Rooms are clean but small.Overall nice hotel at reasonable price.Highly recommended to people who are looking for nice,cosy, budgeted property.Also it has a nice cafe to hang out .
